Magnolia partners with Certified Pool Inspector to perform a pool and spa equipment inspection, leak detection and overall condition assessment of the liners. Inspection of walkways, fencing, retaining walls and required safety equipment will additionally be covered in your home inspection report.

A Magnolia Pool and Spa Inspection is only performed by a Certified Professional Pool Inspector. This a thorough inspection of the integrity of the pool and spa liner, a detailed examination of the equipment in operation, the presence and performance of necessary safety equipment and any defects that might alter the value of the pool.

Annual Pool and Spa Inspections are recommended but are not always performed. Over time, equipment goes into disrepair and the value of the pool is significantly compromised as maintenance is neglected.

Leak detection is an additional service that uses expensive equipment to determine the size of leak, rate of water lost and location.
